The International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC) intends to establish Task Groups on emerging topics with a genuine need and widespread interest among the international members of the Institute as well as the industry.
Submissions on the following emerging topics are encouraged:
- Low-energy FRP (e.g., using natural fibres)
- Sustainable FRP end-of-life scenarios (e.g., repurposing, reuse & recycling)
- FRP in extreme settings (e.g., offshore renewable energy systems & wind turbines)
- Digital FRP (e.g., intelligent sensing, monitoring and digital interfaces)
- Advanced FRP manufacturing techniques (e.g., 3D-printing)
- Editorial team of IIFC Practice-Oriented Notes (PracNotes)
- Other topics of choice
