We are pleased to announce the launch of the IIFC Western Canada Chapter, chaired by Prof. RaafatEl-Hacha. This Chapter will play a key role in advancing the goals and mission of the International Institute for FRP in Construction (IIFC) within the region. The main objectives of the Chapter include:
- Engaging local IIFC members in regional activities and initiatives.
- Facilitating the exchange and acquisition of technical knowledge among members.
- Collaborating with universities and research institutions to further knowledge in the field of FRP composites.
- Encouraging innovative research focused on the study and development of FRP composite materials.
- Fostering cooperation with other professional societies to exchange membership and technical expertise.
